Hello Jones Clan!
We had a little bit of news to share. This afternoon, Joel was offerend the position of Middle School Principal at Brownell Talbott in Omaha, NE. He has accepted the offer and will begin July 1st. We are excited and scared all at the same time! But we are so thrilled to be closer to "home". I called Shannon this afternoon to let her know, but ended up just leaving a voice message. It will be fun to be around her a little bit more. I'm nervous about finding somewhere to live and, of course, I'm worried about selling our first home. It hasn't quite sunk in yet, but I guess that just takes time. Will fill you in later with more details!
PS The pics are of our yard work last weekend. Olivia helped plant flowers (She wore her mud boots from Grandma and Grandpa) and Delaney tasted everything to make sure it was okay...

Hi Jan! We don't know yet what the moving schedule will be, but his contract will begin July 1st. Most of it depends on when we sell our house and when we can move into something new. We may take you up on using your truck, but we don't know yet! We're excited to be near Shannon, too! Are you back in Kansas City? It sounded like your travel plans were pretty crazy! You're in the home stretch here with Meg's school! We have 8 weeks left and the end of the year always goes really fast!!! Love you lots,

Good to hear from you, Mike! We are excited about the move, but I don't wish that on anyone! It's no fun, but at least when we move we'll end up weeding out a bunch of stuff! I think a garage sale is in our future!
We're not sure if we will live in Omaha or something near it. We heard Council Bluffs is nice, and we liked Bellevue on the south side of town. We'll just have to see what feeling we get when we're looking for real!
We have a realtor coming over on Monday. It's the same lady that sold the house, so we feel pretty good about having her help us this time, too.

Thank you, Jeri!!! We are looking forward to spending more time together. Maybe we can have a family event at our house for a change! A lot has to happen before that, but we're praying that everything works out smoothly. Tell the boys hi, talk to you later!
