We're in Bucharest! Alive but sleepy today!
My flight left KC at 12:30. I was supposed to go KC to Wash. Dulles to Munich to Bucharest.
Meg had a separate flight at 2:30 KC to Chicago to Frankfurt to Bucharest.
In Wash. my flight was overbooked and a fantastic United lady book me on a flight that left almost the same time through Frankfurt. I had 10 min. to run to that plane and made it! Then I arrived 3 hours before Meg did in Frankfurt....surprised her to see me there and we flew to Bucharest together! It worked out nicely! I was so afraid I was going to have to spend the evening in Washington!!!!
Mike met us and it is rainy and cold here! And windy! He's doing good!
Carol wrote and said they had a hail storm down there which broke one of her windows! Did you get the storm up north?
Miss Barney because he is up in Cluj. Movers coming the 23rd to move us to Cluj!

Glad to hear you made it safely! We are getting along nicely with Bailey! She was on the bed all night with us last night! She chased Mel yesterday, but I think she just wanted to play, really! Mel likes her food, and helps herself! We will keep you in our thoughts and prayers as you relocate to Cluj!!! Love Barb
