We had a snapping turtle stop by this afternoon on his/her way to higher ground, I suppose! Don't know if that means rain is coming or what, but it presented a little excitement here, anyway! Dennis actually had some other excitement today, he got run over by a cow as he was trying to tag her new calf. He thinks she sent him into a backflip, and must have stepped on the back of his thigh, and the back of his calf. I hope he can walk in the morning, he's pretty stiff. It was the only the cow's second calf, and she did NOT want it tagged. Therefore it isn't... I planted some broccoli, radishes, beets and onions tonite. I forgot to buy seed potatoes in town... But it's a little wet anyway. Not much other news from here, but we sure enjoy reading all of the news from the Jones clan! Keep 'em coming! We love you all!!
