Ouch!

I really don't know where this egg came from! I want to think someone slipped a goose egg in one of the nests today! There were 26 eggs today, the most I've gotten. And this big one, well, it's huge! It won't fit in any of my cartons! I was going to compare it in weight to the normal sized egg, but I can't find my food scale-haven't seen it since we packed up the kitchen, actually! Anyway, I guess I'll use this one to make Dennis a 'one-egg' omelet on Sunday!

The cabinet install should be complete tomorrow. The contractor started another job in Sabetha this week, so hasn't been here for a few days. Our new window will be installed tomorrow, too. Then, I need to pick out flooring! Countertops will be installed on Mar. 11 before we leave for Tucson on the 12th!

The painting is complete-many thanks to dad and Jan for helping me last weekend! We repainted the hallway and living room, and it looks nice. I finished trimming last night...

We've been getting quite a few baby calves. As always, there are some fussy mamas who don't want Dennis near their babies! We've had two sets of twins, too! We're supposed to get snow Friday night, so that'll be interesting...

Sunday we head to Tulsa for Olivia's 8th birthday party! Can't believe she's growing up so fast!
