From the Farm

Hello Family! I had no pictures of my own from our Colorado trip, but niece Katie gave me permission to use some of hers to give you a taste of the cool mountain vacation we had recently!

It's 99.6 degrees here today, and the humidity is making it feel like 110, so I thought some snow and mountain stream pictures might do the trick in cooling us off!

We camped at Twin Lakes, near Mt. Elbert north of Buena Vista, Colorado. Some of us fished, golfed, swam, and rode horses on a trail ride (first horse ride ever for Joel Olivia & Delaney). And some great mountain pass trips were enjoyed as well.

The group is considering a Wyoming camping trip next year! That would be exciting!

In spite of the heat, the crops around here look wonderful. They had rain while we were gone, and since we got home. Our neighbor kept our flowers watered for me, too!

Don't have much other news, but just wanted to check in and say hi! Hoping all is well with each of you-and love you all!
